Service Description
Customized bodywork tailored to your unique needs. This session allows you to choose up to 2 modalities from the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Energy Work, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Sports (Pre/Post), and Prenatal/Postnatal Massage. Before checkout, you'll be able to customize your session by selecting your preferred modalities and any optional add-ons (e.g. hot stones, cupping, scrubs, etc.). π―οΈ Please keep in mind: All services, including add-ons, are performed within the time you book. For example, if you choose a 60-minute session with two add-ons, your massage time will adjust accordingly. Be mindful when selecting to ensure you get the experience you desire. Letβs create a session that supports your body, mind, and energy.
Cancellation Policy
π Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. Example: If your appointment is at 6:30 PM, you have until 6:29 AM the same day to reschedule. Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment time. β Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 24 hours (or more) in advance will receive a full refund. Example: If your appointment is at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, you must cancel by 6:29 PM on Tuesday. β° Late Arrival Policy Please arrive 10β15 minutes early to complete a health intake form and go over your consultation. If you are late, your session time will be shortened accordingly. Example: If you're 15 minutes late to a 60-minute massage, you'll receive only 45 minutes of service. ππ½ββοΈ Service Duration & Add-Ons The time you book includes all services. Example: If you book a 60-minute massage and request add-ons, everything (massage + add-ons) must be done within those 60 minutes. To enjoy the full benefits of both the massage and any add-ons, I highly recommend booking at least 90 minutes. π€§ Illness Policy If you're feeling sick, contagious, or symptomatic, please wait until youβre fully well before booking or coming in. This helps protect my health and the well-being of other clients. Thank you for your understanding. π§π½ Children at Appointments Children are welcome, but due to space limits, only one child may accompany you. Please consider if your child can remain quietly seated for up to 2 hours. If not, it may be best to schedule your appointment for a time when you have childcare available. πΎ Pet Policy No pets allowed unless they are certified service animals. π¦ Package Policy Packages are non-refundable. If you no longer want to use your sessions, you may gift them to someone else. You may also gift individual sessions from a package β just let me know in advance who to expect! π« No-Call / No-Show Policy Any no-call, no-show will result in a forfeiture of the full session and payment. You will also be banned from making future appointments. π Repeated Rescheduling If you reschedule your appointment more than three times, it will be canceled, your payment forfeited, and you will be banned from booking again. π° Refunds If you are owed a refund for any reason, it will be issued within 7β10 business days.
